im back!

My last post was almost a month ago. Phewwww~ W-T-H? I have been so busy with everything. Assignment, design project, final year project lab and not to mention my sports activities. Since this is my last semester in USM (hopefully!) I decided to take part in every games I thought I can play. Hehehe..
Now is the season of SUKAD. On 29th January, i went to USM Main Campus for SUKAD BADMINTON. I was representing Desa Lembaran. Sadly we lost in the quater final. And the next week, 6th Feb i went to USM Main Campus for SUKAD Futsal. Again we lost in the quater final. But this time i was representating Desa Jaya.. Hahahaha. I planned to take part in SUKAD Handball but i havent make up my mind yet. The games will be on 5th March at USM Engineering Campus. We'll see.... =]]
On the other hand, 22nd to 24th January 2010 is the first historical moment for me for the year 2010. We, USM Engineering Campus Taekwondo Club have successfully organized a tournament called USM OPEN TAEKWONDO CHAMPIONSHIP 2010 officiated by Prof Omar Osman, Deputy Vice Chancellor of USM. I, as the project director would like to thank everyone who directly or indirectly involved in this championship for all the hard work in order to make this event happened. A huge appreciation goes to all my committee for their 100% contribution and the sleepless night from the beginning of the preparation until the very end of the championship.

damn! so busy with USM Open Taekwondo Championship preparation. so many things to do, yet so little time left now. i also need to delay all my lab works 1st to give this event a priority. wish me luck guys! and dont forget to come to Dewan Utama Kampus Kejuruteraan USM this Saturday and Sunday to support this tournament.

USM Open Taekwondo Championship 2010

Venue:DEWAN UTAMA,KAMPUS KEJURUTERAAN,UNIVERSITI SAINS MALAYSIA (USM).

Date:22nd, 23rd & 24th January 2010
Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kampus Kejuruteraan, Taekwondo Club (MTA/WTF) will be collaborating with Unit Sukan USM & Pertubuhan Taekwondo Bersatu Pulau Pinang (MTA/WTF) to organize the “USM Open Taekwondo Championship” project for academic session 2009/2010. This project will be held in the Kampus Kejuruteraan, Universiti Sains Malaysia according to the date and venue as stated below.

Event: Free Sparring (Full contact sparring event)
i) Group I : University category, Amateur; belt colour green 2 and below (WTF system)
ii) Group II : University category, Professional; belt colour blue 1 and above (WTF system)
iii) Group III: Open Category (Age 15 and above)
Poomsae (Open)
i) Female Individual Category
ii) Male Individual Category
iii) Mixed Team Category (1 female, 1 male)

The closing date for entry forms will be 20th January 2010. However, if there are any difficulties in doing so, do not hesitate to contact the organizer. We do accept confirmation through fax. i read this article few days ago, then it crossed my mind. did i encounter the same crisis lately? i felt that nowadays, every time i buy new clothes especially tops and jeans i tends to find the smallest size i could possibly wear. i can fit in both S and M but now i prefer to buy S size, hoping that i can lose some weight and fit in perfectly on that clothes. of course it works! i can fit in on any clothes that i bought, in a week! and samore, i prefer tops with vertical stripes so i will look slimmer and taller. heeee. but i wont say ' no ' to tops with horizontal strips. no girls can say ' no ' to new hot clothes. LOL. I dont think its a bad thing but its definitely an addiction! sure, girls always have this feeling ~ " i cant be fat. i cant look fat. "
I also tends to use tournaments as excuses for hard training i always did in campus. 60% of the reason i trained so hard is because i want to cut some weight, burn few calories and stay in shape. another 40% of course, for gold medal. no wonder this year i havent got any gold yet. this year quite frustrating, but hopefully this august will promise me something, gold.

*** will pok teh sees me if i put on some weigh and a bit fatter than i am now? then i definitely willing to do that!

just came back from masum at UUM
sadly, this masum i didnt got any medal
1st round i won against UNIMAP, 2nd round i won against UIAM
but at quarter final i lost to UMS
will try again next year ( might be my last masum )

MASUM 2009

i will be off to penang this wednesday for masum 2009 at UUM, kedah. now already started the real training, joining the UMT and UDM teams. luckily, i didnt kena buli by them. heeeee..
taekwondo events will start on 25th till 27th may. weight in day still not known.
last 2 years i came back with nothing. i really hope this year will give me something. at least a bronze. wish me luck~

self-training for MASUM started

1st May, Friday~ after one whole week of holiday, finally i ve been able to train back~ pewww.. now no more the lazy-fat-as* lily LOL. target kicking training ; but the 1st training only lasted 30mins. malas ar training sensorg. ( alasan~ pdhal penat. hahaha ) xpe2, bru 1 st day. esok msih ada~

2nd May, Saturday~ morning jogging and target kicking. this time, the training took one hour and 30 mins. ade perkembangan kan? =p im not alone, at last i ve got a training partner.

Training plan for this week:
Saturday evening~ target kicking
Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday evening~ jogging, target kicking
Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday evening~ target kicking
Friday, Saturday morning~ jogging at Bukit Besar

bcoz of the rain, we decided to sleep inside the dewan.. even the rain stopped but still got one tent became dirty already. no one wants to sleep there.. pls, i know all the guys afraid of harimau.. n ghost!! ~ hahaha.. makan ben!!!!



2nd day~ sunday
morning 7.30 we wake up for breakfast and get ready for hiking.. but sudenly the organizer said there's no guide for us.. that guy got urgent matter to settle.. nevermind le..
so, after breakfast.. we play a game.. "run n chase" kate qiaoru.. hehe..
then, tired
and
mandi sungai again!!!!


b4 mandi sungai, got a man tried to change his seluar in tent. but unfortunately, pervert albee got captured his photo while he's changing seluar.. who is that unlucky dude? hahahaha


this is weechuen, ben n xiaosiang.

then after take bath, packing and clear the tent area ( like we really camp there.. heeee )
we go back around 1pm
